The Christuskirche Chamber Choir sings motets on Psalm 117 by various composers, including Palestrina, Bach and Mozart.
The Christuskirche Chamber Choir was founded in 2003. It is conceived as a project choir and is made up of around 20 members who prepare two concert programmes each year. It is primarily dedicated to challenging a cappella music from Heinrich Schütz to the present day.
The chamber choir is regularly involved in organising the "Bach in Holy Week" series. It is conducted by church music director Christoph Demmler.

The Christuskirche, built in 1900, is one of the oldest Protestant churches in Munich. It is the place of worship for the largest Protestant congregation in Upper Bavaria. Its symbol is an angel with a trumpet, which proclaims its Christian message from the church tower in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg neighbourhood.
The Christuskirche is a diverse and musically active congregation, "at the centre of people's lives".
