Concert, Workshop
Evang.-Luth. Christuskirche Munich

Roderich Kreile invites everyone to sing along in this joint concert under his direction:

"Dear Bach enthusiasts,

We want to spend an inspiring, entertaining 90 minutes together with Bach's choral music. Sheet music can be downloaded from this site via a link before the date. But please: Bring the sheet music for the motet "Der Geist hilft..." with you. The duet (S,A,) "Wir eilen mit schwachen..." should be really well prepared. Here is an overview of the pieces:

Chorales:
Brich an, o schönes Morgenlicht
Dein Glanz all Finsternis
Wie schön leuchtet
Wie soll ich dich empfangen
Wohl mir, dass ich Jesus habe
Lobe den Herren

Works:
Dona nobis pacem (from the Mass in B minor)
Motet "der Geist ..."

for female voices the duet:
Wir eilen mit schwachen, doch emsigen Schritten

The sheet music can now be downloaded from the following link:

A singing choir supports us. Jörg Duda accompanies us on the Rieger organ and plays an organ piece. Winfried Grabe and Roderich Kreile play the Sonata in C minor for violin and organ."

Evang.-Luth. Christuskirche Munich

The Christuskirche, built in 1900, is one of the oldest Protestant churches in Munich. It is the place of worship for the largest Protestant congregation in Upper Bavaria. Its symbol is an angel with a trumpet, which proclaims its Christian message from the church tower in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg neighbourhood.
The Christuskirche is a diverse and musically active congregation, "at the centre of people's lives".
