Bach by Bike Special

You can experience a whole day of concerts by bike – from the Erlöserkirche in Schwabing to St. Johannes in Haidhausen, on to St. Markus in the Kunstareal and on to the Christuskirche in Nymphenburg, the suggested route takes you right across Munich.
The idea for the concert stations, which can be reached by bike, was initiated by the musicians of Bach by Bike. At the concert in St John's, they perform with their ensemble and lead a musical tour through the places where Bach lived in "Reise mit Bach - Weil er nicht auffzuhalten".

14:00 Concert "Journey with Bach" with the Bach by Bike Ensemble, venue: St. Johannes at Preysingplatz
16:30 Concert "Late Bach", late works by Johann Sebastian Bach: Mass in B minor, Art of Fugue, Schübler chorales (selection), venue: St. Markus
19:00 Concert "De profundis": J.S. Bach: Aus der Tiefe rufe ich, Herr, zu dir (BWV 131) / M. Dupré: De Profundis, venue: Christuskirche at Dom-Pedro-Platz
