The Catholic parish of Maria Schutz is a large parish in the west of Munich and part of the Pasing parish association. Its parish church, built in 1905/06 according to the designs of Hans Schurr, is located in Bäckerstraße and is one of the last large-scale neo-Romanesque buildings in Munich. The new organ by Hermann Eule from Bautzen was consecrated in November 2021.
