The Gasteig sings

It's all about the Bach
The Gasteig Choir performs songs in which streams and rivers play a role. And of course, a "real Bach" is not to be missed.

Gasteig München GmbH – Gasteig HP8

Inspired by the great Bachfest, the Gasteig Choir under the direction of Ulrike Wanetschek presents songs that have one thing in common: It ripples through all the texts. The staff of the Gasteig and its associated institutes, from the Munich City Library to the Munich University of Music and Theatre, have focused their current repertoire on pieces about streams and rivers. This results in a wild mixture of musical genres: from folk music to pop and rock, everything that flows is included. And of course, classical music and Johann Sebastian Bach are a must at the Bachfest.

Listening and singing along is expressly encouraged!
