St Markus Munich-Maxvorstadt
Evang.-Luth. Kirchengemeinde St. Markus

The service commemorates the victims of the anti-Semitic pogroms of 1938 and brings the voices of contemporary witnesses into dialogue with contemporary voices. It will be organised by university pastor Dr Christina Ehring with students from the association "students remember (SVFE e.V.)" and the Protestant student community ESG at LMU. Musical organisation by the Dresden vocal sextet "SoliDeisten" and cantor Michael Roth. Works from Bach to Mendelssohn will be performed.

About the SoliDeisten Dresden
The mixed sextet has existed since 2016 and mainly sings sacred choral music for soloists from the Renaissance to the present day. Two of the ladies are members of the Semper Opera Choir, the three men are former Crucians.
