For many people, Johann Sebastian Bach is the greatest and most important and most wonderful composer because he wrote so many marvellous pieces of music. But who was this man who always looks very stern in the few pictures of him that exist? It is precisely these paintings, which show Bach with a huge curly wig and without a tiny smile, that make him seem somewhat strange today. The children's programme "Do Re Mikro" introduces Johann Sebastian Bach the man.
