It is said that Johann Sebastian Bach (1685–1750) probably never composed dance pieces. And yet his deeply emotional music has moved people's bodies and souls for over 300 years. Baroque sounds and words by Bach and his contemporaries are the starting point and source for individual dance expression and creativity. To get in the mood, the body is warmed up with elements of contemporary dance. Afterwards, we experiment and improvise under guidance but with plenty of freedom – alone, in pairs or in a group.
For beginners with no previous knowledge to advanced dancers: no previous dance experience is required.
Please bring: jazz dance/gymnastics shoes with leather soles or stopper socks (you can also dance barefoot) and training clothes.
