The concert begins with the Praeludium and Fugue in B minor by Johann Sebastian Bach, followed by the Trio Sonata in E minor for organ. This is followed by the organ variations on "Nun danket all und bringet Ehr" by the Munich concert organist and composer Markus Oberniedermayr, which are strongly influenced by Bach's organ music. The programme concludes with works by Bach, the Trio Sonata in C major for organ and the magnificent and virtuoso Toccata and Fugue in F major.
